Banyuls 5yo Wine Vinegar
A traditionally-made French vinegar from the characteristic Banyuls 'vins doux' (dessert wine).
Made in Banyuls-Sur-Mer from the region’s delicious and rare red dessert wine. The vinegar is aged for four years in oak barrels, exposed to the sun and rain, and then finished in smaller oak barrels for one further year. The vinegar retains all the wine’s qualities, with hints of nuts, licorice, coffee, orange peel, and vanilla.
